All Ohio residents may apply for a Clermont County Public Library card.

To apply online, you must be 18 or older. Minors are welcome to apply at one of our locations with a parent/guardian.

After applying online, you’ll receive email confirmation and card status information.

If you’re an out of state resident, and would like to receive a Clermont County Public Library card, please contact notices@clermontlibrary.org to make arrangements to pay the $75 fee.
