The Clermont County Public Library has two cards patrons can use to enjoy books, audiobooks, movies, music, research and homework resources, job search materials, small business information, cookbooks, repair manuals and much more. Both cards are free and available to anyone who lives in Ohio. If you live outside of Ohio, a small fee is necessary.

Regular Library Card

The regular library card provides access to all materials, physical and online. Patrons need to visit a library branch to sign up for the this card. Please bring a photo I.D. and proof of current address. For more information, see our Library Card and Borrowing Guidelines. The eCard provides access to online materials only. Patrons may sign up for an eCard via the website by clicking here.

Educator Card

The Educator Card is for educators who work in Clermont County. The card is designed to help you enrich your students’ education by providing access to the Library’s vast collection of physical and digital materials. Click here for more information.

3 for Me

The 3 for Me library card allows elementary and high school students access to many library materials. No fines will be accessed if items are a bit late being returned. Students may check out up to three items. Here is more information.
