Meeting Room Information

The Clermont County Public Library welcomes community members, organizations, and businesses to use the meeting rooms in our branches. Union Township and Miami Township have two meeting rooms available.

If the meeting room is available at the time you need it, please call the branch to make the reservation and arrange payment, if applicable.

The cost is $20 per rental. If you represent a non-profit group with an EIN (Employer Identification Number), no fee will be charged.

The Library does have some rules to follow when planning your rental and we ask that you read them and the Meeting Room Use Policy. For example, if you have a birthday party, food is permitted, but you can’t bring serving trays that require an open flame, or the use of Sterno cans.
