Education Collection Form

School is different for every student. The Clermont County Public Library has always helped classroom teachers by providing collections of books and other materials that support their curriculum. Many parents choose to homeschool their own children and the Library wants to extend this service to help them as well. Teachers and parents are welcome to fill out this form. Our knowledgeable staff will pull the items you need and let you know when it’s ready to pick up at your local branch.

    When will you pick up the collection? Allow at least 7 days for us to create your collection. We'll hold your collection 7 days. If you're ordering multiple copies of the same title, please allow up to two weeks for all copies to arrive. All items are subject to availability.
