Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of July 2026, at 6:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held on the Budget prepared by the CLERMONT COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY of Clermont County, Ohio, for the next succeeding fiscal year ending December 31st, 2027.
The Library will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.
The Library is governed by a Board of Trustees appointed by the County Commissioners and the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas.

All public meetings begin at 6 p.m. the third Monday of each month unless otherwise noted. Meetings are conducted at the Miami Township Branch, 5920 Buckwheat Road.
January and February meetings are on the fourth Monday in 2026 due to holidays.

Becoming a board member
The members of the Clermont County Public Library Board of Trustees are appointed by the Clermont County Commissioners and the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas Judges.
Members of the community interested in a position appointed by the judges should send a brief resume and letter stating their interest in becoming a library trustee. Send the resume and letter to the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas, c/o Court Administrator Gary Scalf, 270 E. Main St., Batavia, Ohio 45103.
Apply for a seat appointed by the Clermont County Commissioners.
